Need help with advertising on Facebook after account hacked

No it's a complete ban, and I have tried multiple times trying to rectify this, and yes I had 2fa already in place but the hackers got around that. I don't mean I don't know what you mean by rebuild Trust. I can't even get a hold of anybody in support

Okay and how would that process be done? The account and all of the properties associated with my account were banned for meta ads. Would a banned page, which did not violate any terms whatsoever as it is cosmetics, have a chance with a new business manager account? Thanks again

Hi there thank you very much but I might only use the ads a couple hundred dollars a year. Most of the rentals are wanting thousands in ad spent

Then just buy some accounts, many people sell then, and if you don't run gh or bh ads, just get the most simple one and everything will be good for you

Never buy accounts for a small budget as Meta will ban them instantly and waste your money on proxies, the cleanest and most cost effective fix is asking a trusted family member to create a clean Ad Account BM under their real profile to host your ads, or paying for Meta Verified on your old account to chat directly with live support for an appeal.

Yes thank you that's probably what I'll need to do. Unfortunately I could not get this resolved within the 6 month time frame, so if I understand correctly it's permanently banned.

First, try verifying your account identity again, then message the Facebook AI to request assistance in restoring your account's advertising capabilities. If restoration is not possible, simply purchase a new Facebook account and new ad accounts to use instead. Given that your budget is only a few hundred dollars a day, this is not a complicated process. Just try to restore the advertising feature first.
 
If you create 1 new account, you need to warm it up before running ads. if you are not rush, you can do as this way.
 
Buying aged accounts can create more problems, better try to fix the restriction or create a fresh legit account and build trust slowly.
 
I'd avoid buying another account since that can create more problems. If your original account is still restricted, keep appealing through Meta and consider using a verified Business Manager with all your details matching. Good luck!

This has been happening a lot recently. The account looks fine, however, when you try setting up a campaign, have the notify "Your account is restricted: You have been temporarily blocked from performing this action". And from what i've found, there is currently no way to appeal or recover these accounts.
 
because your budget is quite small, you can borrow account from your friend. it will be better if they have secondary account.

You should buy 2-3 accounts to operate in parallel. If one of them becomes restricted, you can easily use the backup account. Always maintain 2-3 accounts if possible.
 
If it were me, I'd keep trying to recover the original account instead of buying another one. Aged accounts with a good history are usually worth keeping
