From my view, Instagram is experimenting with more intelligent captions on some videos.
Why are there interesting captions under some videos on Instagram?

"Engaging" Instagram captions are often crafted with specific intent—to capture attention, add value, spark discussion, and showcase the creator's style—rather than simply describing the video content.

Many of these accounts are probably just testing content in bulk as opposed to developing their brand.
These caption posts tend to be very general in nature and may actually be just an effort to include text within the post.
Frequent posting is not automatically a bad thing but will not necessarily yield good results either; in case the content is boring, then frequent posting won’t make any difference.
In case you’re running your own accounts, then my advice would be to use only legitimate posting tools in the planning and execution of content posting. Attempting to copy these posting systems is something I would avoid.

I think it is just testing quantity over quality. these weirdly captiioned videos r probably put up there to get ppl curious enough to stop for a moment. Regarding the post frequency it all comes down to how the audience reacts since some acounts will tolerate it but others will kill it off. in cases where ppl manage more than one account it is probably due to having an efficient system for producing content.

those captions are mostly random to avoid duplicate detection not really meaning anything
In my opinion, the weird captions do not have much to do with the captioining part but the fact that there is now an added incentive for pausing the scroll. it starts off with the video capturing the viewer attention after which, the odd caption provides something else to start debate on the comments section. The fact that they post a lot could be a no. game and not optimisation.
i believe that a lot of these pages are engaged in playing the numbers game. what they do is that they put out a lot of content, find out what works nd then replicatte it. the peculiar captions are mostly done in order to generate curiosity nd prevent the reader from scrolling. this strategy may provide instant exposure but the task of sustaiined growth is entirely different.
Many of these accounts are actually trying out different types of content that would elicit curiosity, rather than developing a good brand. The not usual captions work since they encourage questions from users, although that does not necessarily leads to interested audience.
To me, the key here is the content production process for these accounts is spotting the trends in time, quick editing, and experimenting with numerous versions of content. quantity of posts is not responsible for their success, only the rapid experimientation with a winning format.
