Long term EU number rental SMS verification

Hi guys!
I am trying to figure out which is the best service to rent phone numbers from EU countries for 3+ months.
I need to receive some SMS verifications a couple of times a month.
All the other providers (smspva, various telegram bots) usually delete the numbers after a while, so I'm basically forced to move between numbers every couple of weeks.
The providers mentioned most of the time on this forum are either only working for the USA, or they use VIRTUAL phone numbers, that might be a bit riskier for me.

Are you using it in bulk or just for personal use?
