using smm panels

hey, i wanted to ask that who is really using smm panels like jap , smmlite and smmfollows ??? and do they give support ?

i personally used many of then, but not anymore nowadays. After ai, it's just easier and simpler to create content that's actually really interesting and good and get natural interaction. Because unless you use smm services along paid ad campaigns, almost in all social medias you'll just get ban or shadow ban because of the use of smm panels. Most of those here in bhw offer support, but they will never tell the real consequence for that
