Hey BHW family,

After spending a lot of time reading through journeys here, I’ve decided to stop lurking and start tracking my own progress.

The concept behind my journey isn't revolutionary, but it relies on something a lot of people overlook these days: patience and high-quality human footprints. Automated spam and mass botting on Reddit are a cat-and-mouse game that usually ends in instant shadow-bans. Instead of fighting the algorithm with volume, I’m focusing on laser-targeted, high-value recommendations.

The plan is simple: Build a small, elite fleet of 5 Reddit accounts across 5 completely different niches, warm them up properly, and monetize the traffic through affiliate marketing.

The Core Strategy

  1. Niche Selection: I have picked 5 distinct niches where users have high buying intent (people actively looking for tools, software, or solutions to specific problems).
  2. The Warming Phase: No links, no promos, no spam. For the first 2 months, these accounts will exist purely to look like regular, helpful community members. I'll be building up natural comment karma by participating genuinely in discussions.
  3. The Recommendation Phase: Once the accounts have solid trust scores and age, I will use targeted search strings to find users actively asking for recommendations in those niches and drop helpful, contextual affiliate solutions.

️ Current Status (Day 1)

  • Accounts Created: 0/5
  • Niches Locked In: Yes (Keeping these private for obvious reasons).
  • Current Focus: Imma make the acounts then the next step will be navigating the subreddits, subscribing to relevant communities, and dropping the first few organic, non-promotional comments to build initial trust.
  • pls feel free to drop any of your valuable tips
