REFUND POLICY

A full refund is available if:

PARTIAL REFUND

If production has already started or part of the agreed work has been completed and delivered, any refund will be calculated according to the portion of work already performed.

• design, animation, editing, or development already completed;
• filming, actor, voiceover, or production expenses already incurred;
• completed versions, scenes, adaptations, or technical deliverables;
• third-party costs approved as part of the order.

Before processing a partial refund, CPA Queen will explain which part of the order has already been completed and how the refundable amount was calculated.

WHEN A FULL REFUND DOES NOT APPLY

A full refund is not available when:

• the delivered result complies with the approved brief and technical requirements;
• the client changes the concept, script, style, format, GEO, language, or production scope after work has begun;
• the client decides not to use the completed materials for reasons unrelated to the agreed brief;
• the advertising campaign does not achieve the expected CTR, CPA, ROI, conversion rate, sales volume, or other performance metrics;
• an advertising platform rejects, restricts, or disapproves the materials;
• the delay is caused by missing information, late feedback, or materials that the client was responsible for providing;
• the client has approved a revised deadline in writing.

If the delivered materials meet the approved brief, client comments will be handled as revisions under the previously agreed revision terms.

CHANGES TO THE APPROVED BRIEF

Changes requested after production has begun are not grounds for a full refund.

A major change to the concept, script, actor, style, format, GEO, language, duration, or number of versions may require:

REFERENCES AND ORIGINALITY

Unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted, references are not reproduced as exact copies.

AI, STOCK MATERIALS, ACTORS, AND THIRD-PARTY ASSETS

Depending on the approved production method, an order may involve:

• AI-generated characters, scenes, voices, or visual elements;
• stock footage, images, music, sound effects, or fonts;
• real actors, presenters, or voiceover artists;
• licensed templates, plugins, or production assets;
• third-party development or technical tools.

The use of these materials is agreed when relevant to the order.

ADVERTISING PLATFORM APPROVAL
