Hi guys,
I want to run gambling ads but I am not sure which traffic source is better for this niche, Google Ads or Meta Ads?
I know both platforms can work, but I would like to hear from people who have experience with this niche. Which platform would you suggest for someone starting out, and why?

Google - because it's easier to generate new accounts when you eventually lose one.

Meta can be a strong traffic source, especially when you have good creatives and proper campaign testing. Results depend a lot on the market and strategy.

Both can work, it depends on your offer and country. Testing small budgets is the best way to find what works.

The choice largely depends on the market conditions and local regulations. I would opt for the platform that enables compliant advertising within the target region.

I think both can work, but it really depends on how ur whole funnel is setup. If i was starting from zero id go with the platform i understand better first, then test the other one later instead of doing both at once.

Google is usually better if you have legit offers and proper approvals because the intent is already there. Meta can work too but account bans are way more common in gambling.
I’d start small, test creatives on Meta, but for long term scaling I’d lean Google. Just make sure your compliance side is sorted first.

I prefer Meta because video and reels help a lot to grab atention. easier to test different creatives.

Both work great imo,

Google however is known to be the best quality traffic so if you decide to go with that I would highly recommend hybrid deals with the Casino you run with.

Hybrid = revshare + CPA

There is no single best traffic source for every gambling campaign. I would compare conversion quality, cost, and user value before scaling.

Google is better if you want people already searching for gambling, but Meta can work for scaling. It depends on your GEO, budget and experience.

I always prefer Meta ads at first because it gives fast testing of audience and creatives. so you can quickly see what type of users are showing interrest.

Meta is cheaper for building reach and retargeting, but Google directly targets people who are ready to buy or subscribe

Approval criteria, geographic targeting options, and compliance vary greatly among different platforms.
Do not pick a platform solely based on traffic volume; rather, you should try testing on a small scale and make sure that your offer and set up comply with the platform’s terms before scaling up.

I think Meta works well when you want to reach new users. Google is more based on people already searching for something.

If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with Google, as I think the ads set up process there is slightly simpler than on Meta. however, gambling ads on meta have been expanding quickly, this opportunity not to be missed.

Meta can give you cheaper volume, but Google traffic usually has stronger intent. For gambling niche it really depends on GEO and offer. I’ve seen people scale both, but tracking and testing is what decides the winner.
