This is how I repost viral videos, and they go viral.

I’ve been selling exclusively through organic methods on Instagram for over two years, using both mass DMs and free traffic from high-volume Reels. I used to post the same Reel across multiple accounts and get a good return, but now I post the same Reel repeatedly on the same account—and across many accounts—and the conversion rate is incredible. Here’s how I do it:

1. First, I test Reels on different accounts (with trial reels).
2. When I find a Reel that goes relatively viral, I label it a "winner" hit.
3. That’s when I start posting that same viral video (in trial reels) across all my accounts; and guess what—like magic, they all go quite viral, or even more so.
4. While I’m posting that viral hit, I keep testing new Reels until I find another winner, creating a continuous lead-generation cycle.

I generate leads using a comment-based CTA, then use automation software to setting and convert them. And yes, to post multiple Reels effectively, you need software to handle it—otherwise, Instagram flags it—so I use my own custom tool.

That's an interesting workflow, especially the way you keep testing until you find a winner before scaling it. I'd just be careful not to rely too heavily on reposting the exact same Reel forever, since Instagram's algorithm and spam detection can change over time. Mixing in fresh content alongside your proven performers can help keep your accounts healthy in the long run.

It is undetectable; ultimately, the AI looks at metadata and technical aspects of the video. If you completely alter the fingerprint, it becomes untraceable. Furthermore, another parameter it checks is the frames; a slight change in the frames prevents the AI from detecting it as identical, so it has to treat it as a different video.

It is a great idea to minimize guessing. giving an audience the ability to choose the winners prior to scaling the content can save a ton of time and energy. However i would suggest that u contiinue testing new creativity anyway since even great performing reels get worn out eventualy.

this is a great way to go with things and sometimes it just work like miracle, and i believe you are doing well already keep it up

This is an interesting strategy. Testing content first and then putting more effort into the videos that already worked makes sense.

This is a great breakdown! I'm curious how do you monetize your accounts though.

I sell high-value offers, so there is a call to action (CTA) in the Reel's comments; through the appointment-setting process, a call is scheduled with the potential client, and the offer is presented during that call. A viral reel can generate around 100–200 appointment-setting leads, of which approximately 20 make it to a call.

may I ask what niche? like a digital service or something else? you don't need to be very specific if you don't want to
also this would mean that all of your accounts are somewhat branded right? to appeal to that kind of audience . like you have posts history and a following across all accounts right?

Valuable post! Finding winning content and repurposing it strategically can definitely boost reach when done thoughtfully

I work with growth promoters, individuals offering courses or running high-level communities, casinos, and agencies looking for clients.
And the accounts themselves are the least important part.

The testing process is the key part here finding a proven format before scaling saves a lot of time and wasted effort.

Yeah that's pretty much what I do too. Keep testing until something takes off, then keep using it while it's still working and test new ones in the background. Makes things a lot easier.

What is interesting about this example is the distinction between testing out a creative and scaling up a proven one.
while there are many instances of ppl trying to push content on account of having gone viral for them before, the true measure lies in whether leads and booked calls have remainied consistent.
going viral is great, but it is the conversion process that makes it valuable.

That’s true; having clients does you no good if your sales process is terrible—in fact, getting clients is the easiest part.

Interesting approach. Have you noticed any drop in reach after reposting the same winner multiple times on the same account? That's the part I've been hesitant to test at scale.

is this the hook that makes unsuspecting and software-thirsty BHW members private message you begging for you to share your software?

You can do it with AI and a bit of video engineering knowledge. I dont sell anything

Great share friend!

I do the same from a few months ago.

1. Do you use the same caption in each post? If not, how to manage them to create at scale?
2. Curious in to know what is your workflow? Do you create the script from the scratch? Do you recreate viral reels from other pages? What video format do you use (AI avatar, 2-3D animations, slideshow...)?
3. Have you VAs team? if yes, What is the division of tasks and the workflow?
4. How do you post all the reels (manually, any bot, tunnel connection...)?
5. Do you use phones for each account? if yes, how many accounts per device?

I know, a lot of questions, if you can answer them, and if not, thank you very much anyway.

Thanks in advance.
