What is the best place to sell a newly built or launched SaaS (0 revenue)?

I would try Acquire.com and Flippa because they list SaaS startups that are somewhat smaller and include those that make little or no revenue at all. Regarding pricing, the buyer will be more interested in the number of your users, revenue, growth rate, the code, and traction rather than how much time you've spent developing the product. Since you do not really wish to part ways with your startup, you can think other options too.

the LTD idea gets thrown around a lot but be careful with it if you actually plan to keep and scale this. true lifetime deals lock you into supporting those users forever off a one time payment, and the LTD crowd is honestly the cheapest most demanding segment you can get. they'll bury your support inbox with feature requests over a $49 they paid once and never again.

if the goal is just quick cash without wrecking the biz, i'd do an annual prepay instead. founding member deal, something like 40% off but paid upfront for the year. same lump sum roughly, no lifetime baggage, and now you actually have MRR/ARR which fixes the whole valuation problem people keep pointing at.

fb groups are mostly dead for this now, everyone selling and buying moved to X and a few acquisition discords. but real talk, if acquire already approved you and you dont really want to sell... just leave it listed with a high asking price and go grab a handful of paying users in the meantime. a seller who obviously needs money fast gets lowballed every time, buyers can smell the desperation and they wait you out.

on the interns thing, managing dev + AI + marketing juniors while also being the one doing marketing is gonna swallow your week whole. i'd keep it to one or two people max on the parts you genuinely cant do yourself, otherwise you become a manager and the actual promotion stalls.

if you really want to keep the tool but just need fast cash, selling a couple of whitelabel licenses is probably your best bet. you keep your main brand and code, but you sell a copy of the script or a hosted whitelabel setup to 2 or 3 marketers for like $1k a pop. they get to launch their own brand, and you get the cash without losing your project. also, definitely skip the army of interns... managing junior devs and AI guys is a massive time sink. you will end up spending all your time babysitting them instead of actually marketing.

The annual prepay idea @SignalMint mentioned is honestly the smartest thing in this thread. You get the lump sum without the lifetime headache and now you got ARR which flips the whole valuation problem everyone keeps hammering.

Also gotta agree on the intern thing... you basically become a full time manager the second you bring in 4 juniors across dev, AI and marketing. thats not gonna leave you time to actually promote anything. keep it lean.

And yeah leave it listed high on acquire but dont act like you need to sell. buyers smell desperation from a mile away and they'll just wait you out for a lowball.

Since the Acquire listing has already been approved, I would focus on reducing buyer uncertainty rather than listing on many more marketplaces. A small data room with a working demo, architecture overview, code ownership, operating costs, roadmap and user-validation evidence could help. For a pre-revenue product, buyers are paying for de-risked execution rather than development hours. Even a few paid pilots or signed letters of intent may improve the valuation more than another marketplace listing.
