How long does a new facebook account need to be warmed up?

as far as my experieeence goes there is no particular magic figure of days. normally i try to give it enough time until it looks nd acts like an actual account rather than a newly created advertissing one. it is usually safer to start slowly than to try launchiing campaigns right away.

Why was my newly registered Facebook account immediately banned?
 
This has happened several times. I've changed my IP address and changed my device, but it's still the same. I'm at my wit's end.
 
I'd give it at least 1–2 weeks of normal activity before running ads. A gradual warm-up usually helps keep things more stable.
 
I usually spend at least 5-7 days using the account like a normal user before touching Ads Manager. Add some friends, join a few groups, interact naturally, and don't rush into launching high budgets

with me, 1 hour is enough, after that i launch one nature camp to spend and the next day i set up my true campagn
 
Typically, after 3–6 months, your ads are less likely to be disabled; to warm up the account, you should start with a small, steady budget and avoid turning campaigns on and off until the daily spending limit has been increased.
 
Rather than rushing to scale, I prefer reviewing the campaign's performance first and making incremental improvements as more data becomes available.
 
I think you should use it as your personal account in about 2-4 weeks. Then you can try to create a testing campaign with clean content and product.

3-4 weeks and you're golden.
 
I think a new Facebook account should be allowed to grow and warm up naturally for about 2-4 weeks.
 
It takes a week to two for warming new fb account for usage,it require posting of content include reels and engage with other profiles post to get profile warmed and upright for mass usage.
 
You should check on your account regularly, and it will take approximately 2-4 weeks.
 
I buy accounts that have been farming for 21+ days. Then I let them warmup for a few more days on my own before launching the ads.
