Maybe focus on growing your audience while keeping your content consistent since you have a few followers on TT. When your content stays aligned, it builds real trust with your followers. I will be more concerned with getting viewers who will come back bcz of the value they see in my videos rather than only followers. This can be achieved through the creation of a series, which ensures that viewers can anticipate your next video bcz of ciurosity. Viral videos attract many viewers, but a series is what keeps them loyal followers.

you should focus on posting constantly and by following trends of your niche and ccreating content that help people to interact. Real followers come from providing value and staying active not from trying to grow too quickly.
Another thing i have realised is that people who follow you do so bcz there is something that makes them keep coming back, not because of having one viral video. What i would do is focus on only one specific niche and experiment with different ideas and video types. i would be focusing on the videos that generate page visits rather than the only ones that get views.
