I'm trying to learn more about ORM and I'm curious about what experienced people find most challenging,
Is the hardest part dealing with negative reviews, search results, client expectations, or something else?

I'd love to hear your experiences and any lessons you've learned along the way.

I think one of the hardest parts of online reputation management is dealing with negative reviews that don't reflect the full context of what actually happened.

For example, a business could become the target of credit card fraudsters using stolen cards to place orders. When the legitimate cardholders later notice the charge, they may believe the business was responsible and leave negative reviews, even though the business was also a victim of the fraud.

Situations like this are especially difficult because businesses can improve their fraud prevention measures going forward, but the negative reviews often remain. Once public perception is affected, it can be challenging to rebuild trust.
