I was reading Snov.io's latest deliverability report based on 10+ million cold emails, and one finding really surprised me. They found that domains in the 20–50 day warm-up period had the highest bounce rates—even higher than newer or more established domains. I always assumed things would gradually improve as a domain warmed up, so this result caught my attention.
- Do you think this is mainly caused by sending volume ramp-up, domain reputation lag, list quality, or are there other deliverability signals at play?
