Very wrong. Show proof of that. Dont just say anything here bro. Drop proofs. Because i am hearing about 1,100 from you for the first time. This was the update i needed from you but no, you just felt comfortable making the process difficult because you have BHW dispute team to fall back to. More so, if i had access to the channel or had all the updates i needed when i needed it, all this wont be happening. And guess what, source has been paid for the 2000+ watch hour that was counted. so whatever 1,100 you are saying now is not true

I have already sent you the screenshots. Even if you paid for 2000+ watch hours that’s STILL NOT THE 4000 HOURS INPAID FOR??!!!

@SettingSun77 as you can see he complains about sending 2k watch hours but some how forgets I paid for 4k. Can we please come to a decision as I don’t want to go back and forth with this guy anymore. It’s been months now. I just want my refund.

With the confusion you brought in, how are you still even mentioning 4k watch hour when you didnt allow me to deliver full service with all the troubles you brought in. You are not even recalling any of the frustrations you set in at all, are you for real right now?

I am not refunding for a service i have started. Refund is only possible for service i cannot provide or that i didnt make any effort to provide. I have noy only made effort to provide your watch hour but have delivered about half of what you paid for until you brought in your frustrations.

So once again, no refund for you. cos that will hurt me so much that you want to eat your cake and have it, not this time. i am not refunding you the full amount. Not in this world. You have to learn a lesson not to frustrate service providers.

If only you remain calm and not mess my set up up, since the last 2 weeks that we have been dragging this, the watch hour would have been completed.

Ok. He has given his response and I have given mine. I paid for a service that was not completed with full screenshotted proof of everything. How long does judgements usually take as iv never done this before?

If both of you have submitted all your evidence then the dispute will be closed while staff discuss what the judgement should be here.

Ok great, I’m ready to get this done as I have 6 kids that this fraud is keeping food from by holding my money for an incomplete service.

I’m not assuming anything, I’m just telling you the FACTS. Really there shouldn’t be anything to assume. I paid the guy for a service he HIMSELF are telling YOU he didn’t complete regardless of the excuses he tells what’s to assume or debate about that? But sure do what you guys are paid to do.

And i did not complete because you refused me to complete because you frustrated the process for me, and when you removed my email, ii begged you and begged you to add me back, not even as owner, as manager that wont affect your channel which i told you. even to send me updates, you just come and shout refund me rrefund me refund me yet you still tell me you want the watch hour which i continued doing.

yes. I gave him the access from the beginning to my account, not only did I give access but I gave access to multiple emails he gave me and I even gave "Manager" access against my own judgement. It was not until over a month had past and I received a "copy right" notice that I decided to remove the emails from my account and request a refund.

You liar ! Your channel had copyright strike even before you granted me access to the channel which even made me to be very careful about the watch hour.

When i was chating with my watch hour supplier, here was the conversation i had with him before he started working on the accuser's channel

i told my watch hour supplier : what should i send to you for you to start

second line: i told my watch hour supplier, - this is the channel

third line below the image i added: The channel already has one strike so that my watch hour source does not give me a watch hour that will bring another strike.

There is no report of a a new strike after i started the watch hour so accuser lied here.

Im not talking about the community guidelines warning! im talking about the "copy right infringement" notification from the african video you uploaded to my channel. dont act dumb.

my channel had ZERO copy right strikes before you only community guidelines warning. Your video gave my channel another warning and prompt me to remove the video before it was an actual strike!

Naaaa... you took me off the channel cos of your impatient. We were waiting for youtube to make the watch hour reflect in the EARN page which i told you my source said they provided but you were just so impatient. My happiness in all of this is that after much waiting, the watch hour reflected and i paid the supplier for what they provided.

And i repeat it that if you allowed me to do my job, we wont be having this dispute.
