Hey everyone,
I’ve been analyzing and profiling a ton of channel metrics lately
and I kept noticing a recurring pattern in the failed channels:

1- dont warming up the channel

2 - poor posting (low quality content)

3 -wrong niche choice

share your channel and the problems you are facing and i'll give you an answer!

I think one of the biggest mistake is choosing the wrong niche. Some peoples choose a niche that simply dont have a passion for and they make really boring or not informative content.

this is a solid pattern.
my biggest issue was posting too random before i picked one niche

Poor quality content and the inconsistent as i don't see results is my biggest mistake

Thanks for offering to help. My biggest issue is getting consistent views. I warm up my channel and post regularly, but my videos still don't get enough reach. Could you take a look and tell me what might be wrong?

To me, it has never been a matter of either picking the right niche or posting regularly. The main challenge to focus for me has always been understanding why some videos are successfull while others of equal quality are hardly viewed at all. i have learned that sometimes it is more about how the video starts than the number of posts.
