Hey guys, my 18-year-old Facebook account was hacked last year, and I got the major account back, but my ability to advertise was still restricted despite never having violations. Facebook customer service sucks. Anyway, despite trying to recover it, it's gone be on the 6 months and I need to find a way to advertise inexpensively. I am not a big media buyer, maybe a couple hundred dollars a year. Should I just buy another account and advertise off that using a different computer? What is the best way to rectify this? Thanks ahead of time

i would steer clear of buying an account if u have already gone through the apeal process. that can cause more problems if facebook catches it. It is generally safer in the long run to start over with a new business manager nd work within their policiees even though it takes a bit of time to build trust again.

Best to get another account to buy
Not rent
Buy a real account for the main time to avoid lossibg time with FB
They relaxed billing issues from about two weeks now
So you good to go

it would be a risky move to buy an account even if it works for the first time. this means that the success of ur marketiing depends on someone else who could easily take away what was gained. so if the initial account remains inactive forever it would be better to create a new one from scrattch.

You should always have a backup account ready, even if your current one hasn't been disabled yet; Facebook frequently conducts sweeps and disables accounts arbitrarily, so it pays to be prepared.

In my opinion you should secure your accounts with 2FA, then build a new one for your advertising needs.

you should start fresh and warm new account slowly buying accounts usually get banned again fast

@Dr. Mary with a budget of just a couple hundred bucks a year, buying aged accounts or setting up proxies is going to cost you more than your actual ad spend. It is just not worth the hassle or money. Best bet is probably asking a family member if you can run a few ads from their clean profile. Just use a different device or at least a fresh browser profile so you don't leak the footprint from your restricted account. If you try to just open a new one yourself on the same PC, fb will probably link them and shut it down anyway.

That's really frustrating especially after getting your account back Have you tried contacting Meta through Business Support or verifying your business Sometimes that helps with ad account reviews

you need to prepare at least 1 back up account to ensure that you can still work normally when facebook has storm.

I wouldn't recommend buying another ad account, as it could lead to more restrictions if it's detected. You're better off continuing to appeal the restriction or creating a new Business Manager with your own verified identity if Facebook allows it. If that doesn't work, using another legitimate account that you own is much safer than purchasing one.

If you intend to purchase an account, you must verify that it meets your requirements; furthermore, any changes to information or settings should be implemented according to a long-term plan to avoid sudden alterations that could trigger an immediate account lockout.

I wouldn't recommend buying another account.
Try appealing the restriction through Meta Business Support first. If that doesn't work, creating a fresh Business Manager with a new ad account might be a safer option.

Yes, this is what I thought and thank you so much for your input

Buying accounts is risky, better create new one and warm it up slowly before running ads.
Thank you

Yes logically that seems like the best way but their business support is completely non-responsive, I tried doing this from day one. I will try doing this on a new device, try with a new business manager, and see if I can link my business page to that.

At this point starting over sounds easier than waiting on facebook.
Yes what do you mean by that? Please explain. How would I start over without just getting banned anyway??

Your best option is to continue appealing the restriction or create a new account through Meta's normal process and use it in compliance with their policies.

The first thing you need to do is lock your card to prevent your wallet budget from being used. Then, double-check your business administrator privileges to ensure everything is stable, and then proceed by replacing the account with a new one.

The direct way to solve your problem: first of all, you'll need to either rent or buy another account. If you go to account selling section of this forum, you'll find many sellers here offering this service. Once you get the new account, use an incognito browser (i personally use either dolphin anti or adspower, but if you buy / rent from good sellers here from bhw, they will give you that with your account) with a good proxy (also usually provided when you buy/rent from people here in bhw, but there are sellers offering then isolated here).

At first, you should avoid any direct link to your account (if you buy or rent, naturally the information all will be others, but it's possible to insert your own credit card in the account if you want to, or just get a cc from another person in your family or of your business there). If you reach a problem with your cc, then just use a crypto cc (once again, many sellers here in bhw offers then) and you're ready to go.

If i can help in anyway, feel free to send me a dm. I don't provide any of those services, but i had problens like this in the past and i know the pain in the a** they are to solve.
