Even with brand channels, once a VA mixes up browser profiles or switches IPs mid-session, Google’s automated behavioral triggers kick in. Isolated profiles + strict least-privilege delegation are the only way to sleep well at night when scaling multi-accs.

You should manage each Gmail account separately. There's nothing wrong with using a single Gmail account to manage multiple YouTube channels, Google allows that without any issues.
 
Totally agree with you. While Google’s ecosystem technically allows a single Gmail to host multiple brand channels, the risk-reward ratio just doesn't make sense for serious scaling.

If one channel gets flagged for a community guideline strike or spam, it can drag down the entire parent account. Separating them is definitely the safer route for long-term asset protection.

A separate phone can help if you want to build some normal Google/YouTube history first, but the key is consistency. If you want to manage channels from antidetect browser profile later, keep the login environment stable after that: same profile, same general location/proxy, same device/browser setup, and no random switching between phone, VA laptop, and different browsers.

Also, don’t rush the channel work right after creation. Add basic channel info, watch some videos, upload slowly, and avoid giving multiple VAs access too early. A warmed account can still get flagged if the management pattern suddenly looks unnatural.
 
Using older Gmail accounts is generally a safer choice than buying aged ones. Having multiple YouTube channels under the same Google account is normal and isn't considered a red flag by itself. There's no well-established "warm-up" process like TikTok, but it does help to set up each channel properly and upload consistently rather than all at once. If you later use the YouTube API or a VA to upload, it shouldn't hurt your views as long as everything follows YouTube's policies and the content is authentic.
 
I do not think there is a need to overthink warmup like other platforms. Just use the accounts normally and build activity naturally.
 
whatever approach you take, i'd make sure it looks like normal user behavior rather than trying to rush the process.

platforms have become much better at identifying unusual account patterns than they were a few years ago. warming up isn't really about waiting a certain number of days—it's about gradually building normal activity before expecting the account to behave like an established user.

trying to shortcut that process usually creates more problems than it solves.

Yes, you can have multiple channels on a single account, that's perfectly allowed. But consider that if one of these channels grows and is flagged for violating a policy, all the other channels, both larger and smaller, are at risk.

If you isolate each account with each channel, and for any reason the policies are violated, only one channel will be flagged.

Unlike TikTok, YouTube doesn't care as much about device sharing if the channels are completely clean, but warm-up is still necessary—mostly by watching videos and slowly uploading to build initial trust. Switch to an anti-detect browser with static ISP proxies if you plan to pass them to an offshore VA later, as sudden IP jumps will trigger suspicious login locks.

Totally agree, this carries to much risk and all of the accounts linked together are at risk of being banned simultaneously.
