Curious how gambling Facebook Ads are approved with cloakers, when using banned copy?

I don't run a cloaker or anything but I'm genuinely curious how it works. Like, if someone wants to cloak anything on Facebook (or Google I guess).

I understand the cloaker process but I can't understand how the adverts themselves are approved. I'm told Facebook is pretty pissy when it comes to text hooks/copy.

Most of the approval is not magic in the cloaker, it's just making the ad look boring enough to pass. Clean copy, clean creative, safe bridge/prelander, no crazy claims on the first pass. The nasty bit usually happens after approval, either traffic gets split different or the page changes for the audience they actually want. Accounts with history matter a lot too, fresh BM + spicy copy gets slapped fast. Anyone selling it like 100% push button is probaly overselling it.

Ah, so that's why I see people on Blackhatworld.com who offer services where they rent out their aged Facebook business accounts, they say you can run anything on them like gambling, make money, etc my client has a new account where she tries to sell digital courses.

It's odd because her first few campaigns were approved, they blatantly ran financial claims too, but over time new ones were disapproved. Facebook would say she needed to disclose herself as a business or something.

I've had the JCI cloaker sitting around for years but haven't actually used it. Do you think it would be worth looking into renting accounts and running campaigns on them?
