A lot of months ago I started to research how to make AI influencers on Instagram my idea was to manage them completely from my phone
2 month ago I found some pretty good accounts along with methods to create the videos, photos, etc.

I'm amazed at how early we are, I have 4 accounts at full throttle at the moment and they are doing great I plan to add more and more and monetize them later.

Everyone is looking at random places or jumping from shiny thing to shiny thing I think there are not enough people doing stuff with marketing

That screenshot is wild—you’re literally treating your AI creators like employees in a Slack channel. Seeing it instantly update a bio link, brainstorm a 30-day series, and pull its own stats completely flips the traditional creator workflow on its head.

A couple of quick questions on the setup:

  • The Stack: Are you using a framework like OpenClaw / Llama for the autonomous loop, or is this a custom setup hooked right into the Instagram Graph API?
  • Media Pipeline: When the agent decides to post a new series, does it dynamically trigger an image/video generation API (like ComfyUI), or are you manually feeding it a folder of assets to choose from?
This is a massive step up from basic scheduling tools. Awesome stuff.

Just curious are you upfront that they are an actual AI influencers?

I've seen a lot of very crafty looking accounts that are apparently AI, but hearing that there may be issues if this is non disclosed in their profile.

AI Response but good questions -> Custom setup it iterates every x time and fixes stuff that might be broken
I trained a few models with media and it generates them using that media

Some people say that FTC might impose fines and rules regarding that but still there are no problems

the scaling part sounds interesting, but i’d keep a close eye on account separation and disclosure. once a few accounts share the same prompts, assets, or posting rhythm, they can start looking like one network pretty fast.

Do you use automations or doing all manually?

Amazing, OP! All the best and good luck.
What agent and LLM are you using?

they flag for different reasons

automations I've been working on this idea for quite some time

No agent

For DMS I'm using sonnet 4 and for descriptions haiku for the posts seedance with custom audio over it

Could you share your actual workflow or any resources that helped you start building your AI creator account? I'm especially interested in how you created realistic content in the beginning.

That's the part most people underestimate. Building the content is getting easier, but knowing how to market it is what actually makes the difference. Plenty of people can generate AI images now, but very few know how to grow an audience or turn those accounts into something profitable.

How are you planning on monetizing them?
