From my experience it’s better to do it manually instead of using AI. I feel like Youtube can detect clips made using AI..
 
You need to manually edit the videos; YouTube detects AI-edited videos very quickly.
 
Clipping allowed but if you want to cut any part of video from any real creator or owner then you have a authority or licensed related to that clip then you can post a clip otherwise it will mark as a spam.

Clipping can work, but just reposting clips is risky. Adding your own editing, commentary, or value can help with monetization.
 
Korean and chinese drama networks are crazy aggressive with content id. even if you bypass the reuse filter with a heavy edit, the manual claims or automatic matches will kill the channel before you even get to apply for ypp. if you really want to do the drama recap thing, you have to heavily distort the video... flip it, zoom, add filters, and keep clips under 4-5 seconds. and even then, using a generic elevenlabs voiceover on top is just begging for the reused content rejection. if you want to use ai voice at least use one of the ultra realistic ones and write a completely original script, dont just translate the original show dialogue.
