How many articles does a new blog realistically need before seeing consistent organic traffic?

I have seen blogs get traffic with 20 good articles, while others needed over 100. Quality and consistency have mattered more in my experience.

I started with 40 articles on health niche and got nice response.

That's impressive, especially considering how competitive the health niche is. Do you think updating your older articles or building topical authority around related topics made the biggest difference in your growth?

helpful content with short form videos definitely seems to be working well lately, i will test it on a few niches to see how the results compare
Yes, people more like informational videos, podcasting videos, etc...

The quality of the articles and the purpose of the search are more important. A smaller library of valuable content can outperform hundreds of weak posts.

A new blog realistically needs 30 to 50 high-quality articles to see consistent organic traffic. This number builds the "content footprint" Google needs to trust your site. Hitting 50 to 70 posts often acts as a traffic trigger.

Quality and consistency matter more than the number of articles published . Try to get as many number of articles as possible in time as this will help with seo but only if you get quality content

Just focus on covering one topic deeply instead of chasing a number. 30 to 50 solid articles on the same niche is usually wehre things start to click. :)

Authority of the sitehas been the priority for me. Publishing related contents and consistently posts articles is better than just increasing the number of articles. Quality of articles is matter not quantity.
