How to recover Facebook page

Don't you have any backup administrators on the page? If not, then I'm afraid there's no way.

If the Page has multiple administrators (Admins): The remaining administrator can continue to manage the Page and grant permissions to another account.
If you are the only administrator: When your account is disabled, you will not be able to access the Page until your account is restored.
 
Recover your Facebook Page by logging into the linked admin account and following the recovery steps in Facebook Help Center if access was lost.
 
Was your personal account the only admin on the Page, or did you have any backup admins? That detail can make a big difference in what recovery options are available.

If Facebook notifies you that your page has been removed or disabled:

Check the reason in Page Quality or the Support Inbox.
If a "Request Review" button is available, submit an appeal with a clear and honest explanation.
Provide verification documents if requested by Meta.
 
If your account is disabled and the page also is no other way to recover the page unless you can recover the account first and that is hard and most of the time fb will not restore an account anyway so just move on. Is the cost of doing business

if your main admin account is disabled, you can regain access by using a backup co-admin profile or a linked Business Manager to assign a new admin. alternatively, if you have meta verified or active ad spend, contact meta Live Support with proof of ownership to manually transfer the page
 
If your disabled Facebook account was the only admin, you'll generally need to recover that account first. Once it's restored, access to the Page is usually restored as well.
 
Try Facebook appeal process and provide any required verification details.

Honestly the answer here depends on one thing nobody fully nailed down yet... was the page ever added to a Business Manager? If it was, that changes everything, because BM ownership sits separate from your personal profile. So even if the disabled account was the only "admin" on the page itself, whoever controls the BM can still reassign roles from another login. Worth checking business.facebook.com from a clean profile before you give up.

If it was never in a BM and that dead account was the sole admin, then yeah... @marcleymichel and @mokdeviza are right, the page is basically chained to the account. No account back = no page. And FB reinstating a disabled profile is a coinflip at best.

On the "backdoor for 1k2" stuff people keep hinting at, be careful. Most of those "internal channel" guys are just running the same public appeal you can run yourself, or they straight up take the money and ghost. If your page isnt pulling real revenue its not worth it imo.

Going forward just keep a second admin on everything. cheap insurance.
 
If the main profile that owned the Page was disabled, the first step is to appeal that account through Facebook. If the account is restored, the Page usually comes back with it. If there were other admins on the Page, they may still be able to access it. Otherwise, you'll likely need to contact Facebook Support, but recovery depends on why the account was disabled.
 
Honestly, this is one of the worst situations with Meta. I've been trying to recover a page linked to a dead profile for days with no luck. If you didn't have another admin assigned to that page before the ban, it feels like hitting a total brick wall. Really hoping someone here knows a fresh bypass or trick.
