In order to perform a full removal of your website from google search results it is recommended that you use the removal tool on google webmaster tools. It may be helpful to remove the sitemap from your website, if it is not required anymore.

Use Google Search Console’s Removals tool for quick remove, then set status to 410 Gone, if it’s still online add noindex instead, because Google will drop it from index after it recrawls.

You can remove it through Google Search Console using the Removals tool If you want it permanently gone you should also remove the content or add a noindex tag before taking the site offline
