Reddit has become much stricter with external links including Telegram links because of spam and promotion issues. Building account trust, contributing valuable discussions and sharing links naturally can reduce removals.

Well it was temporarily.

I think either there's a new system being set up to expose data of reddit OR a bigger block is coming

I commented on this earlier and everyone else is saying trust…… good way to filter who uses it

Reddit can be strict about promotional content, even on older accounts with good karma. I would avoid trying to create another account just to get around the ban.
