The best way would be to try freelance web development, customizing WordPress sites, fixing bugs, or front-end development since they are all easier to do and will get you paid well enough.

Cleaning jobs, supermarket, coffeeshop, restaurant. Thats where you'll get the best money from. You need lots of time and money to do anything worthwhile online, if you are just starting, its not like the real world where you can ask around for jobs, your at the back of a queue that is like 10 million + people strong doing and asking the same thing as you already, lol.
Its going to take a while for you to figure out your skills, and build on them and what you want to do. You have the responsiblity if you are staying with your parents, to get a job offline and earn money, compared to the airy fairy world of trying to make money reliably online. Its not easy. Start freelancing as soon as you can real client work will teach you more than another year of tutorials.

Building a few solid projects and making them public can attract opportunities on their own a strong portfolio often speaks louder than a certificate.

If you can get into marketplaces like fiverr, upwork you can put to work your skills but is going to take time ...... if you need fast money then a clasic job and local will be better option
