Hi buddies, I would say walking at least 30mins daily.
what would you say ?

Same, daily walk and some decent exercises

(I do not do any of this because of my laziness)

Walking for 30 minutes every day is fantastic and even better when done consistently. Also, I would recommend that you include some form of resistance training to your routine because fitness entails mobility and recovery.

Thirty minutes of walking on a daily basis is probably one of the best routines that you could develop. In addition to that, I would also recommend two strength training classes per week. It really does make a difference!

Walking 30 mins daily is underrated consistent low-impact movement beats intense sporadic workouts for long-term health and mental clarity every time.

strength training beats steady cardio for me honestly. 3 days a week is plenty, been doing that for years and its enough to stay in shape

sucking on some saggy boobs, especially of divorced or widowed old ladies, it can be very relaxing

Walking is great, but don't forget to stretch a bit before and after to avoid injuries. It makes a big diference over time :)

You gave another direction buddy

for me, it's taking 10 minutes every day to think without a screen.

whether you're running campaigns, building websites, or making business decisions, it's easy to spend the entire day reacting instead of thinking.

some of my best decisions have come from stepping away from the computer for a few minutes. it's a small habit, but it compounds over time just like any good investment.

eat healthy sleep well and exercise regularly. those three habits alone will do more for your health than any supplement.
