I accidentally deleted my best performing Facebook ad by mistake, can I recover it?

once a fb ad or campaign is deleted, it is gone forever and cannot be directly restored or undeleted. however, you can reuse the exact post by finding its post ID inside your page posts manager or via the deleted ad's history, then using that ID to create a new ad without losing existing social proof

I think once you delete the ad, there is no way to bring that back. You can also check the deleted history section to see if the ad is available there otherwise you need to recreate. If you have the old image, video or ad copy saved somewhere, you can recreate it easily and I always try to duplicate ads before making any changes, just to avoid this kind of issue.

It is highly unlikely that you will be able to recover your ad, you'll have to create it again. To avoid this issue, you can make a copy first next time

Facebook does not provide a direct "undelete" or restore option. However, if the ad was running on an existing page post or you still have access to the original Post ID (which you can often find in page notification history or performance reports), you can create a new ad and select "Use Existing Post" using that Post ID. This will restore the ad along with all of its original social proof, likes, and comments.

I don't think deleted facebook ad can be restored. If you have a save copy you can use that. Otherwise you'll need to recreate that ad from startting.

If it was permanently deleted, you may need to recreate it. Try to copy the original settings from your campaign history or reports.
