Not even a single good proxies provider

Survey sites pay money.
You can bet they're spending money figuring out who's real too.

i recommend usocks.vip
911 and faceless alternative, cheap and clean
and you can search proxy by zip

and also i like bigmama

Survey sites are probably one of the hardest use cases for proxies. Even a clean IP can fail if the overall trust signals don't match. In my experience it's usually a combination of IP quality, device fingerprint, browser consistency and account history rather than just the proxy itself.

I tried many proxies provider there ISP and residential everything from ipv4 to ipv6 to mobile etc and none of them work for survey like how bad your IP can be its look like everyone reselling the same type of proxies ( not even 1 proxies provider is able to give me a good proxies for USA based Survey, NOT EVEN 1 provider
Maybe it aint about the proxy but detecable browser fingerprint

At that point, it doesn't really sound like a provider issue anymore. If residential, ISP, mobile, IPv4, and IPv6 all give the same result, something else is probably being flagged.

If none of the types you've tried work for you, you might want to look into other aspects. There really is a wide variety of proxy products out there, so it's possible you just haven't found the right one for you yet.

survey sites use the most aggressive fraud filters like ipqs so regular commercial proxies get flagged instantly. your only real move is to buy a raw dedicated us mobile proxy that isn't shared in a pool or literally just host your own physical 5g sim card setup to guarantee a clean ip.
almost all of the residential turns out clean on ipqs . Ipqs is not that hard to bypass, those survey sites are using other tools too to check
