Your videos may be reaching the same type of audience repeatedly. Trying different topics, hooks, or formats could help you find what performs better.

Being stuck there means your video only passed the basic bot check but died in the trial pool due to low 3 second retention; upgrade your opening hook and accelerate the pacing to force the algorithm to push it further.
 
I think those view counts are mostly coming from your existing followers. You need to create more compelling content so your videos have a better chance of being picked up by the algorithm and recommended to a wider audience. That's when you'll start seeing significantly higher view counts.
 
Your video retention rate is probably too low. Optimize the opening hook to push your content to wider audiences.
 
I think your videos aren't being recommended on the For You page. Try optimizing your hashtags and video titles to improve their chances of appearing in search results and reaching a wider audience.
