Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.

Hello Admins,

I’ve been using this forum since around 2008, just a few years after it was created (if I’m remembering correctly). In all that time, I never imagined I’d have to make a warning post—especially about someone with a “Jr VP” badge. I always believed that title meant a member had earned the community’s trust. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise.

I’m posting this to warn others so they don’t go through what I did.

I contacted @pes7md because he presents himself as an expert in YouTube arbitrage and claimed he could deliver YouTube watch hours safely and reliably. Before I paid him, I specifically asked on June 4th if the service was 100% stable. He assured me it was. I have screenshots documenting our entire conversation.

On June 9th, I sent him $140 USDT. I asked how long it would take before I started seeing results in my YouTube dashboard. His answer was simple: 72 hours.

Three days came and went.

Then a week.

Nothing.

Not a single result.

When I followed up, he told me to “give it one more week.” During that time, I noticed watch hours and views would briefly appear, only to disappear shortly afterward. When I questioned him about it, he insisted it was “normal.” I wanted to believe him, so I stayed patient.

Weeks continued to pass.

Every day I watched the numbers rise… then disappear again.

At that point, I told him, “If this isn’t going to work, I’d rather know now so I can make another move.” I explained that I was in a very difficult financial situation and couldn’t afford to keep waiting. I even offered to help however I could if it meant getting the service completed.

That’s when he told me his supplier had stopped working and that he had a “Plan B.”

By then, it was already June 22nd. Nearly the entire month had been wasted. I asked multiple times for a refund, but instead he kept insisting that his “Plan B” would work.

His solution was to have me give another user Manager access to my YouTube channel—something I was extremely uncomfortable doing. Against my better judgment, I trusted him.

Shortly afterward, a copyrighted video was uploaded to my channel. I ignored the copyright notice because, for the first time, watch hours actually started coming in. Around 900 watch hours were delivered…

…and then everything suddenly stopped.

The video was made private.

The watch hours stopped.

When I asked why, his response completely blindsided me. He told me “the channel isn’t good enough to continue.”

That made absolutely no sense. If the process had finally started working, why stop? Why upload content to my channel, generate watch hours, and then abandon the job?

Now it’s July.

Not only did the service never get completed, but even the watch hours that briefly appeared didn’t stick.

So once again, I asked for my money back.

His response?

He said he couldn’t refund me until his supplier refunded him.

I explained that whatever issue he has with his supplier is not my responsibility. I paid him for a service. I didn’t hire his supplier—I hired him.

I also explained something personal: that the $140 I sent him was the last money I had available at the time. I’m raising six children, and those funds could have gone toward my family instead of a service that was never delivered.

Rather than showing any understanding, he mocked my situation. He basically told me $140 was petty money and suggested I should just go make it back somewhere else.

That was the moment I realized this wasn’t just about losing money—it was about being treated with complete disrespect after trusting someone who appeared to have credibility within this community.

As of July 10th, I’ve wasted over a month, received no completed service, no refund, and am now being told, in so many words, “fuck you, you’re not getting your money back.”

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.

I made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly with the seller before filing this dispute. I remained patient and repeatedly followed the seller's requests to "wait a few more days" while they assured me the issue would be resolved. After multiple delays, the seller eventually admitted that the supplier they claimed to regularly use was no longer working with them. At that point, I requested a full refund on numerous occasions, but the seller refused to issue one despite being unable to fulfill the order. I attempted to resolve this amicably without involving the platform, but after exhausting all reasonable options, I had no choice but to seek assistance through this dispute process.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?

I just want my money back from the seller or the seller to be punished for his actions. I paid for a service that even the seller will admit was not completed.

Please paste any URLs that point to evidence for your Dispute.

will continue with the watch hour now.

Ok thanks. I still have not gotten a refund or the service I paid for last month so I would like to resume everything.
What are you looking for now? Completion of work or a refund?

What are you looking for now? Completion of work or a refund?
Refund. I have no more time to wait for the service. I feel like I have been as patient as I can be. Its now almost August I paid for this in the beginning of June.

will continue with the watch hour now.
As you can see from @dwillglobal's last post, they do not want you to work on this project anymore. Now if you have no evidence of your own to submit then our judgement here will be that you issue a full refund.

@pes7md You asked to be reinstated so you can address this dispute. @dwillglobal has agreed to that. Do you plan on engaging with this thread at all?

For the accuser who deliberately sabotaged his job to be asking for refund is ridiculous because talking about how stretched the job went, if he did a simple job, grant me access to the channel, as an editor or manager, which poses no danger to his channel, the job will have been completed.

First without informing me, he took me off his channel even when i told him work was on-going. So when I am working on your watch hour and you remove me from your channel how do you expect me to monitor the job. And all he kept doing was shouting oh complete the watch hour or refund. And watch hour was coming in, but he was really impatient. I was doing my own work from behind the scene and youtube had its own time to update the stats on his youtube channel. But client was just so abusive and very difficult for no reason.

The justification i have is that youtube finally updated the watch hour and it reflected on the channel which shows that truly i was did my work, and it was youtube who needed to update his channel stats which is fully under youtube terms and not mine.

All efforts to make accuser grant me access to the channel for me to continue my work were all futile. How dare he come and say i delayed his job when he removed my access to the channel which is what i need to check the update of what i am doing.

I have to come and ask him to send me updates and that also comes with difficulties from him.

Attached images showed when watch hour was not reflected yet and the second when it confirmed that my service was working.

Initially, when he brought the job, i had a working watch hour, i activated it on the channel and while it came in, it disappeared within days. That was the same watch hour i used to provide the service to another channel previous month which was why i even took the job, unfortunately it seems youtube updated and the watch hour stopped working, which the client saw and gave me approval to try other watch hour service because he need the watch hour desperately to monetize his channel, hence my activation of this other service

This is update on the 30th June when working on the new method and here was our conversation. everthing was good

1784562661192.png

Just after giving him update on 30th june, on 1st of july, not even upto 24hours, he came on with desperation:

1784562729785.png

So practically the whole confusion from him is - telling me to do the job and telling me to refund. Never standing on one lane, and i choose to do the job because i can do the job, i can deliver the job so why do i refund you when i found a working way out and can do the job.

But then he continues to come with mixed messages - this minute it is positive about the job which is going fine and the next minute it is about refund. Like who refunds for a job that is on-going and working, All i keep telling him as a professional is calm down, your work is going fine. if there is reason why it wont work, i will refund you by myself

This whole conversation got heated cos of his impatience, the impatience that didnt even work for him because last last, the watch hour he dearly wanted reflected on his channel which proved that i was working and my service was working.

Honestly there are so much heated conversations we had just because of his impatience. I will be deemed fraudulent if after all of this time, he didnt get any watch hour. But here he got half of the watch hour already delivered.

this was a whole lot, even when i tried getting him the refund, but needed the update for me to share with my source so they can stop the job and calculate and refund him, that alone took over 2 weeks cos of the forth and back with him.

All i needed was give me access to the channel, as a manager not an owner so that can do the job, he removed my email and didn't add me back, yet work has been carried out and he keeps shouting refund all my money. That all made it messy because you cant just ask for refund when i did not tell you that i cannot provide the service or when you delay me by not giving me what i need to do the job.

Its been more than a week since the watch hour reflected, if he did not remove my access to the channel and gave me the freedom to do my job this watch hour would be complete since as he would have practically seen the complete 4k watch hour and not even the 2k.

But i guess he knew oh BHW will delete your account when i report you and you will give me my money bla bla bla and guess that's just what happened, which is really sad. BECAUSE IF HE ALLOWED ME TO WORK IN PEACE, HIS WATCH HOUR WOULD BE COMPLETED.

Now i still wish to complete his watch hour because i have spent money on the tools that i need to finish his job but if he wants a refund, what i can offer him is $50 refund .

@SettingSun77,

The seller’s statement is completely misleading.

He told me the service is strangely not working and that he just used it last month but not to worry he had a plan B, I should have seen the red flag then but me wanting to make this work I looked past it. He had access to my YouTube channel the entire time while he was actively working. In fact, he uploaded the video himself and initially started sending watch hours to that video. The service appeared to be working at first, but then the watch hours suddenly stopped.

After that, he made the video private and claimed my channel “wasn’t good enough.” That explanation made no sense because the service had already been working on the exact same channel. If my channel was supposedly the issue, why were watch hours being delivered in the beginning?

Despite what he’s claiming, I did not remove his access while he was actively completing the order. I only removed him after more than a month had passed, after repeatedly asking for updates and being told “work is ongoing,” even though no additional watch hours were being delivered I still was trying to see this threw. There comes a point where a buyer has to protect their account when there has been no meaningful progress for weeks. Also the video he uploaded was “copy righted material” I received an update saying it violated copyright rules.

The seller is trying to shift the blame by saying YouTube was slow to update statistics. I understand YouTube analytics don’t update instantly, but that’s not what happened here. Some watch hours did eventually appear, proving he started the job. The problem is that the service stalled and was never completed. I purchased 4,000 watch hours, not approximately 1,000. The order is nowhere near complete, and after waiting over a month with constant assurances that “work is ongoing,” I was left with an unfinished service. Even now If the delay the seller is mentioning where true it would show on my account, I still dont have even half the watch hours i paid for.

This dispute is not about whether he sent some watch hours. It’s about the fact that I paid for 4,000 watch hours, and he failed to deliver the vast majority of what I paid for. I waited far longer than a reasonable buyer should have, gave him multiple opportunities to complete the order, and only removed his access after it became clear that no further progress was being made.

I’ve lost both my money and valuable time. Since the agreed service was never completed, I believe a refund is the fair and appropriate resolution.

Can you add all the times you frustrated this service . Do a mention of all the times i asked you to send me updates, add my email to the channel for me to do my job that you refused. None of is a baby here. When you give someone a job, you are giving the person cos you trust the person to do the job for you and the person even made efforts which you saw. You cant just come and mess up the process with confusing requests, you say oh go ahead with the watch hour and in few hours later you talking about refund. How do both work exactly? And no you cant just ask me to refund and expect me to refund when your work is on-going and i certified your work was ongoing

I am not the CEO of Youtube and have no control over what duration of time youtube updates the stats in the youtube studio. Youtube took time to update the earning page which i needed to see to confirm everything is good, yet you refused to be patient and just allow the process to work. You messed this job up with your attitude.

At least you or any one wont call me a fraud that oh my intention wad to take your money and go away because raw data shows you have the watch hour coming in already from my own source. Thats all the validation that i needed.
