Hey BHW,

I'm new here – just quit my corporate marketing job after 8 years and decided to bet on myself.

I know the "legit" side of digital marketing inside out (SEO, content, social, the whole package). But I've realized that playing it safe and white hat only has kept me stuck in a box.

I joined BHW because I want to understand how this world actually works – the strategies, the loopholes, the things they don't teach you in corporate seminars.

Not here to sell anything. Not here to promote anything. Just here to learn from people who've been in the trenches.

Not a chance. Corporate taught me the rules. Now I'm here to learn how to break them – and build something that's actually mine. No looking back.

I think it's a bit of both. Your experience gives you a solid starting point, and staying open to learning will take you even further. Looking forward to seeing your contributions around the forum.

Hi and welcome! Leaving corporate marketing after eight years is quite a big step. What area are you most interested in right now: SEO, automation, traffic arbitrage, or building your own projects?
