One observation that i have made is that an account does not have to be perfect, it has to be credible. It is much better to have a little genuine posts that are consisitent in terms of theme rather than having an all poliished account without any content at all. The moment when a person visits your profile, he should always get the idea of what your account is all about.

The ultimate way to build account trust is warming it up for 7 to 14 days by manually scrolling, watching full videos, and interacting like a real user, while linking it to a clean Meta identity and strictly avoiding early posts, bio links, or automation tools.
consistency builds the credibility of an account rather than any particular step. My approach is that i would fill my account correctly, write something authientic on it, and use it for a few weeks normally. The chances of getting flagged for sudden following, direct messaging, or changing a link are more.
i would advise not rushing with posting at the very begining. make sure to post some good content browse nd engage naturally nd then give it a little while before startiing to be active. it looks like Instagram is rewarding consistent human like accounts rather than those that try to devellop too fast.
