I don’t want my LinkedIn to just sit there
Hi guys,
I made a LinkedIn profile a while ago but it’s just sitting there doing nothing.
I want to actually use it properly but I don’t know what step makes it start working.

First, optimize your profile for keywords in your niche. Then, begin commenting on posts by big creators in your industry on a daily basis. That’s how you get eyes on your profile without grinding out content to an empty room—once the profile views start rolling in, the inbound leads and connections will follow.

have you considered using an auto poster to icrease your activity ?

You should regularly connect with people in your network and actively engage with them. Over time, this will help increase the value and visibility of your LinkedIn profile.

Get a good job through that profile. Good luck.

You can add the contacts you are interested in, or privately message some relevant people. Generally, they will give priority to checking your personal profile.

Start by optimizing your profile, connecting with people in your industry, commenting on relevant posts, and sharing valuable content consistently. Small, regular activity is usually more effective than waiting to post something perfect.

Don't overthink your first step. Get your profile looking complete, connect with people in your field, and interact with posts that interest you. After a week or two, you'll have a much better idea of what kind of content you want to share yourself.

A strong profile is the first step, but consistency is what makes LinkedIn work. Optimize your headline and about section, connect with people in your industry, engage with relevant posts, and share your own insights regularly. Over time, you'll build visibility and start attracting meaningful opportunities.

You need to have first a complete profile, post more photos and details about where you work and so on. Then post content about the niche you are in and start creating authority in this way by posting constantly
