So i am searching for ideas around how i should structure a company and payment options. My hobby project which involves remotely programming engine ECU grew to 60 000€ anually. Located in EU and all my customers are EU based. Each customer pays 300-400€ for the service. Today most people pay by card to my German company but that results in 68% tax rate....

So i would need a company formation and payment processor where i can recieve and store/use the money without automatic information transfer to EU taxation authorities.

Germany is very strict - you have certain options but its basically not working if you can't a) relocate or b) find a real acting director for a company outside Germany.

Or well c) go full illegal mode and just buy a nominee company.

I cant relocate for now but i dont need the money so i have been thinking about starting a Romanian micro company which is taxed at 3% and the keep the money in the company long term and pay out the money when i can relocate in the future.

The German finance authority will ask you why you are running this company in Romania and not in Germany and then will consider all income of the Romanian company as made in your personal name and ask you to pay the difference. You need a real Romanian (or from any other country) director and not a fake director.

open a US LLC or Hong Kong LTD or UK Ltd
all the fiat cashflow exchange in crypto via third parties OCT, kraken etc , they do fake invoices :) u pay up to 3% for this
the small amount of money put for tax just to show you are legit
for example 60k revenue put 50K in exchange for usdt the rest declare as real revenue income
no official money no taxes ... but u can do same with any company even in Germany but better with more offshore countries

what payment processor you use? please dm me

you will make more then 60k per year if cooperate :)

speak with tax advisor who understands cross border business before changing the company setup.payment processing and company formation are separate issues

tbh don’t structure it in order to hide the income get international tax advice first becuz where the company is really doing busines might be more imprtant than where it is incorporated

Yeah, don't think about restructuring the company just because there is a problem with one particular payment processor. Firstly, sort out the issues regarding taxation and then compare other processors.

At €60k/yr youre better off looking into a proper legal setup like an estonian e-residency ou or cyprus setup to drop that tax hit legally. Trying to hide payment processing through offshore bank tricks will just get your stripe account frozen during random kyc checks, especially with crs reporting in full effect. Talk to an international tax accountant before taking setup advice online.
