I would still suggest going with .com in case there is a good name available since this extension is most reputable and memorable. In case **.com** is not available, then I would recommend going with .tv while .fun appears to be less reputable.
I will take also the .com as is more trustworthy by peoples and peoples usually scare to go to not known domains and maybe take an malware or something like this
Regarding the .com for an adult website, I would still go for .com when possible as it looks more professional and easy to memorize. It is more about branding, authority signals, and domain name rather than an extension.
In case of the whitelabel targeting adults, I would prefer using the .com extension as long as the domain name is brandable enough. It seems to be more credible and has a higher brandability and resell value.
Extensions such as .fun or .tv could serve well for your particular concept, yet they look more like the ones that can be used for your campaign only.
