If you had $100 to start with PPC today, how would you spend it?

With just $100, my advice would be to use one platform where the target audience is known rather than stretching the budget to multiple places. The most common mistake among novices is constantly changing campaigns every day without sufficient information.

I would use Meta Ads for a Leads/Sales campaign at $10/day, avoiding the mistake of running cheap 'Traffic' or 'Engagement' campaigns that only buy useless bot clicks.

I'm still learning about PPC and trying to understand how experienced marketers approach small budgets

If you only had $100 to start today:

- Which platform would you choose (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc)?
- What type of campaign would you run?
- What's one mistake beginners should avoid

Would love to learn from your experiences
The Platform: Meta (Facebook/Instagram). At $100, Google Search is too expensive (you might only get 5–10 clicks in competitive niches). Meta gives you the lowest Cost-Per-Click (CPC), meaning more data for your dollar.

I would use the first $100 as a testing budget. Finding what works is more valuable than expecting big returns immediately.

Honestly, $100 is a really tight budget for PPC these days. If you go straight to Google Ads, you'll probably burn through that in a day just figuring out which keywords don't work. If I only had $100, I'd probably put it into Bing (Microsoft Ads). The CPC is generally cheaper, so you can actually buy enough clicks to get some meaningful data and test if your landing page converts before your budget runs dry.
