Why 3d printer man? what's wrong in purchasing from alibaba etc listings? They do ship globally (We also purchase from such places only).
 
If you only need a few a 3D print honestly makes more sense than waiting weeks for an alibaba order.
 
you can make your own enclosure
there are plenty of tutorials on yt
 
@DannyShaw88 if you just need standard plastic project enclosures, look at RS Components or CPC Farnell in the uk. they do next day delivery and have hundreds of sizes. @NomixGuy is right about fire safety if you use cheap PLA on a 3d printer, but you can buy flame retardant ABS boxes from RS for like £3 each anyway. no point waiting for alibaba unless you are ordering thousands of them.

UK resellers just mark up Alibaba stock anyway so ordering directly from Alibaba AliExpress is cheaper, but if you own a 3D printer, printing custom STL frames from Printables and equipping them with 12V cooling fans and an industrial USB hub is the most reliable DIY route.
 
D printing is a great idea, but you also have to keep the connection in mind unless you are planning to buy a hub to place into the box. Have you also thought about fans and thermal management?
 
It is going to be better to just get the phone box directly from anyone that sells the actually boxes with the devices in it.

have you checked the boxes from Genfarmer? i'm pretty sure they could send you a box to the UK without any issues
