Max amount of posts a day?

it is advise to post daily with 4-6 uploads including reels for fresh new profile to get expose about best interactions/engage timing for consistent uploading of content in alike basic period with most engage traffics.

About 1 post/day is more than enough to keep the account and egagement don't try to over post
 
There is no fixed limit, however it is not recommended to upload more than 2 reels per day or 5 posts per day; something happens and if too much content is posted, it doesn't get the same promotion
 
Policy-wise, there isn''t one. But because anti-spam and the algo exists, I'd say upwards of 10 if the quality is high. All that said, a lot of people say 1 to 3 posts daily of varying quality will do which is fair. But yeah, you can go over that if you have genuinely good content. Probably should stick to 3 at most though.
Keep an eye on audience response too. If it's getting less and less engagement, you gotta start adjusting your approach.

But the most important thing is probably the level of attention that will be given to the posts. It would not matter how often you post your content when every part needs to compete for the same people attention. I believe that it is more important to find an optimum rhythm and have time to adjust to the metrics.
 
For regular posts, I recommend publishing 1–2 per day. For Reels, 2–4 per day is the ideal posting frequency for your account.
 
Actually you need warm up your account daily.if you complete first day your max your account will be gone
 
I think 1 to 3 posts a day is a good range for most accounts, but it depends on your audience and the type of content.

The notion of posts per day was discarded and now every single post is analysed individiually. In case the previous one does a gud job of reaching people and generating the comments, I am willing to wait until this post loses its appeal instead of hurry to publish a new one.
 
Instagram doesn't hard-cap your post limits, but the algorithm is brutal with spam flags. Spamming too many videos a day will kill your reach if content quality drops. The sweet spot right now is 3 to 4 Reels/day—focus on consistency and hight quality rather than just burning through quantity.
 
It's more advantageous to make a few quality posts instead of posting numerous mediocre ones
 
4-6 post daily is an option for new profile to checkout most engage timing and feature more post daily with most engaging timing, and reduce daily posting for profile managing.
 
Which social network are we talking about? I’d recommend up to 4 reels a day on TikTok, 1-2 on Instagram, and doing stories as well. But content quality matters more than quantity.
 
really comes down to whether you are running theme pages or a main brand. if you are doing theme pages with scraped content you can easily push 6 to 8 posts a day on a warmed up account just to see what sticks. but if its a main brand... yeah, dont cannibalize your own reach. if a reel is cooking and getting views, let it breathe for a day or two before dropping another one. posting too fast just cuts the legs off your winning content.

There’s no fixed maximum, as it depends on the platform and audience. I’d focus on consistency and content quality first, then adjust the posting frequency based on engagement and analytics.

It varies from platform to platform and also based on your past posting history. It is better for me to upload lesser but quality posts than to upload loads of worthless posts.
 
I don't think there's a perfect number I'd rather post one or two good pieces of content than several rushed ones
