Why are my Shorts getting views but no subscribers?

When viewers click your profile, make sure they see a clear banner, a one-sentence bio explaining your niche, and organized playlists so they know what you offer.
Yeah same here, Shorts get tons of views but subs barely budge. What's helped me is ending every Short with a clear "subscribe for the full thing" and pinning a comment that links to my longer video. People who actually watch the whole series and up subscribing. Also staying super consistent with your niche helps.

Your videos may not be getting enough views yet. You could also consider adding a call to action at the end of each video to encourage viewers to subscribe.
The shorts viewers are always in "scroll mode " meaning that many will drop off once they have obtained their value. The main idea here is to create something that will motivate them to come back something like a series, signature style, or a hint of more that they can only obtain through your channel.

Ur subscriber count nd number of views will not always be in sync. People will choose to subscribe to ur channel when they know what they will be getting into, which makes consistency an important aspect of creating content that will keep people comiing back.
Subscriber growth tends to lag behind views i have found. Sometimes a Short can get thousands of views but very little new followers. Regullarly providing content on the same topic seems to create familiarity which over time tends to converrt more viewers into subscribers.
Viewers who watch shorts are not similar to those who consume long content they usually scroll through quickly. Attempt to make each of your Shorts have something that will encourage viewers to follow you, such as creating a series or something repetitive. Views are great, but the hook behind the hook makes them into subscribers.

Those who watch shorts tend to have a watch and scroll mentality, and this means that views are noit necessarily an indicator of a connected audience. I would try to think of a way to create something that people will want to subscribe to.

To turn Shorts views into subscribers, you must switch to multi part episodic content to incentivize the follow for the next installment and aggressively utilize the Related Video feature to funnel them into your long form videos.

Shorts traffic moves fast, so you need a hard hook at the end. Try adding a clear, 3-second visual Call to Action (like a graphic pointing to the subscribe button). Also, always pin a comment linking to a related long-form video to guide them deeper into your channel.
