We usually perform these services through the media partner portal, but it is not public and ordinary users cannot access it. To secure your account, you can verify it, which will make the account stronger and more stable, but only in the case of false bans by TikTok's algorithms. If someone purposely wants to ban you, they can still do so, even if your account has a blue tick.
