You should only post gradually, not continuously. Don't try to force it, because your reach is already limited...

just stop posting entirely for a few days. log out of the app too. if you keep trying to test it or post less, you just keep triggering the system and extending the shadowban. let it rest for 72 hours, then login, scroll like a normal user for a bit, and try a basic text post.

It usually comes back, just post consistently again for a couple of weeks instead of trying to force it.

Do not get obsessed with posting count, it is mostly about the account being trustworthy. Just post lesser but ensure that all your responses have something valuable to add.
