It seems like personal LinkedIn profiles are getting far more reach and engagement than company pages lately.

Company pages are mostly proof pages now. The reach usually comes from employees or founders, then the company page catches people who want to verify the brand.

Sure seems that way. Broadly speaking, most tend to trust and engage with people more than brands, so it's not surprising that personal profiles often see better reach.
Company pages still do alright for the most part though, but I think they're at their best supporting a strong personal brand rather than trying to replace one.

Personal profiles often get more reach because people engage with real individuals. Company pages still help, but personal content usually performs better.

Yeah, we’ve noticed the same trend. People tend to engage more with people than company logos on LinkedIn.

For B2B, personal profiles work better for sharing insights, starting conversations, and building trust. Company pages still matter for credibility and brand presence.

Use personal profiles to drive conversations. Use your company page to support the brand behind them.

I have come to the conclusion that personal profiles usually attract more attention in social networks.

In my opinion, personal brands get far more attention on LinkedIn than company pages. Company pages often feel too formal and their content can come across as dry, making them less engaging for most people.

Personal profiles usually have an advantage in reach and trust because people prefer interacting with a person rather than a logo. However, I would not replace the company page completely. A good model is to use founders and employees for distribution and conversation, while the company page acts as the permanent credibility layer for case studies, product updates, hiring and customer proof. The real KPI should be qualified pipeline, not likes alone.

I have noticed the same. Personal profiles feel more authentic, so they often get better reach and engagement than company pages.

Imo, In most cases, yes. People usually engage more with real people than company pages, so personal brands tend to get better reach.

yeah, seems like personal profiles usually get more reach because people trust real voices more than brand pages. company pages can still win, but they need more consistent, human content.

From what I've seen, yes. People naturally engage with people more than logos.
The strongest strategy is using personal profiles to build trust while company pages reinforce credibility.

if you’re trying to grow, get your leads to post from their own accounts, then share the same content from the company page later so you still benefit from both.

I agree with this. People usually want to hear opinions, experiences, and stories from professionals rather than just brand updates.
