Stop spamming uploads, upload as Unlisted first to optimize CTR curious Thumbnail, hooky Title, then focus heavily on a killer first 30 seconds to trigger the algorithm’s retention loop.
I do believe that consistency is important but i would rather concentrate on quality trying my best to make sure that each upload is the best it can be. Having a decent thumbnail, a catchy title nd an excellent beginning might make quite a difference. What is more i do not judge videos by their initial popularitty.

Posting regularly is good, but focus on useful topics, strong titles, and clear thumbnails. Upload in good quality, keep viewers interested, and check analytics to learn what works better.
There are a few tips i would give to avoid haste. Firstly i do not think that consistency is more important than quality. One should invest some additiional time into refining the video title, thumbnail nd opening. Secondly interaction through answering comments will also play its role.

Focus on better titles, thumbnails and audience retention, just uploading regularly is not enough.
The most prominent problem that I noticed was that I was treating each upload as something that needs only publishing. but after that, i started to see what makes certain videos more engaging for viewers and what causes others to lose their attention rapidly. It turns out that changes in topics and storytellings are much more important than upload rate.

The key is not just uploading consistently its uploading strategically. Focus on making high quality videos with strong titles and thumbnails keep a regular posting schedule and upload when your audience is most active. Engage with viewers by replying to comments and using Community posts. Most importantly prioritize content that people want to watch and share because quality and audience retention matter more than upload frequency.

Other than the usuals of optimizing your thumbnail and video content, check if your channel is shadow banned or just unlucky in general, if you have had tons of views on this channel and the views dipped, then its a temp shadow ban, reduce the no of uploads but be consistent with frequency of uploads, and if this is a case where you uploaded 15+ videos on a new channel and the channel isnt getting views then the channel itself is unlucky due to random optimization of the algo.
stop worrying about how often you upload videos and begin focussing on which videos manage to get repeat views from their audience. a single good video that gets viewed all the way through by its audience and receives repeat views will be more valuable than numerous avg videos. i focus my energy on building on what already works for me.
