I've been testing different ways to generate clients through TikTok, and one thing has become obvious: finding the right audience is more important than simply posting more content.

At first, I handled everything manually—searching keywords, checking competitor accounts, visiting profiles, following potential clients, and replying to interested users. It worked, but it quickly became too time-consuming as I managed more accounts.

Now my workflow is much simpler:

  • Find active users through keywords, competitors, comments, and live streams.
  • Filter out low-quality accounts.
  • Interact naturally before reaching out.
  • Follow up with users who show genuine interest.
  • Keep conversations organized for easy management.
The biggest improvement came from automating repetitive tasks like multi-account management, content publishing, and organizing outreach. That lets me focus more on conversations instead of switching between accounts all day.

I'm curious how everyone else is acquiring TikTok clients in 2026.

Are you relying on organic content, direct outreach, paid ads, or something else? What's been working best for you?

I have had my best results mixing organic with direct outreach. Posting often builds credibillity but targeting the right audience made a much biger difference than just chasing views i also try to enggage with people first before reaching out as it makes the conversations feel more natural nd leads to better responses.

TikTok Ads can be a great traffic source, but unfortunately, it can also get very expensive. In affiliate marketing, accounts and campaigns can sometimes get restricted or suspended for seemingly random reasons, which makes scaling more difficult.

Thats why I personally focus more on organic traffic and running multiple accounts on real physical devices. From my experience, this approach has been the most cost-effective and sustainable, and it's generally the strategy I recommend to others as well.

I’m mostly focusing on organic content + direct outreach, finding people who already show interest works better than just posting and waiting.

Organic content and personal branding have worked best for me. Posting valuable content consistently, engaging in comments, and letting interested prospects reach out usually brings higher-quality leads than cold outreach alone. A mix of content, networking, and timely follow-up seems to work best.

one of the best scaling strategies is mother slave accounts, and using automation to perform acctions like story views, follow unfollow etc.

I usually post videos to attract viewers and grow my following, while also livestreaming regularly to sell products. I think a lot of people use the same approach.

Competitors research, keywords targeting and personalized outreach are giving me better quality leads than mass engagement.

For me the biggest thing is consistency and making content that actually solves a problem TikTok can bring attention pretty quickly but turning that attention into actual clients seems to depend more on trust and a clear offer
