How to recover my Facebook account?

The recovery process has become incredibly strict lately. Your best bet is always to use a device and Wi-Fi network that you previously used to log into that account frequently. Facebook's automated system tracks device signatures and IP history, so trying to recover it from a completely new device often triggers extra security checkpoints. Because your fb accounts are new and they are using for marketing purpose. When you are using fb acc through your phone then facebook will not disable your accounts. Its better if its real then you should verify the accounts with your passport or national id card. Otherwise that account not getting back.
 
Sometimes Facebook makes mistakes submitting an appeal is usually the best first step
 
Facebook is currently very aggressive with new accounts. I don't understand why they do it; how will new users join their platform if they keep banning them?
 
Submit an appeal to Meta via email to have the restriction removed.

New accounts that immediately add friends, post, and comment get auto flagged by Meta's AI for bot like behavior, or because your device IP is blacklisted from a previous ban, your only option is to appeal with your real ID, and for any future accounts, make sure to warm them up slowly for a few days first.
 
Try Facebook's official appeal flow first (Help Center > "My account is disabled") — automated disables sometimes get reversed if there's real activity history. Linking to any ad account can also help get a response through Meta support.
