15k isnt bad to work with, the no posting for a month is your bigger problem honestly. Algo basically stopped pushing your stuff so you gotta warm it back up before anything else. Post consistently for like 2 weeks first, get engagement moving again.
For actual money without monetization... depends what niche the page is in tbh. If its something with buyer intent you can do affiliate links in posts, or just sell shoutouts/promo posts to other pages in similar niches. People pay decent for that if your reach is real. Also you can flip the page itself, 15k sells for something on the right marketplaces but not much if engagement is dead.
@tigri09 whats the niche and where are the followers from? that changes the answer a lot. A 15k US/UK audience in a money niche is worth way more than 15k from tier3 countries.

your first step is to raise engagement back up, once you have engaged users, there is a lot you can do with 15k followers. Start posting quality content regularly , and see how well it works out

You can sell affiliate products based on the niche of your page. If you solve a specific problem encountered by the people in your page, you're bound to sell a lot of products.

If you haven't enabled monetization yet, you can earn income by uploading promotional videos for products, or by including sales links like influcer. This is quite common.
If you have enabled monetization, you can start earning income simply by getting a lot of views on your uploaded videos.
But the people I know usually do both of these things. they enabled monetization and post video everyday to promote the products

First thing is revive it, a page that's been dead a month with reach down 91% won't monetize anything until you get engagement back. 15k isn't much on its own, so I'd warm it up with a few posts that actually travel before thinking about money. Once it's active again the realistic plays are affiliate posts, promoting offers, or flipping the page itself, but none of that works while it's flatlined.

Dont try to make money off of it instantly. Work on your content and make sure that the % of engagement goes up first.
