What is the biggest challenge younger generation is facing at the time ? I believe they are not able to focus because of so many distractions. What do you think ?

Everything is slanted against them. No careers, no housing and the sexual market is all screwed up. I think the lack of hope is becoming the biggest thing.
 
I think that too many young people are addicted to mobile phones and its causing lots of mental health problems in the younger generations.
 
Right now? The biggest challenge would be facing consequences of wars that was imposed on them by older generations.
 
In my opinion, the biggest challenge is dealing with pressure from all sides. Younger generations face expectations around career, money, relationships, and personal success while constantly comparing themselves to others.

They lack focus
I don't know how it came
But they seems to have no iota of focus
 
They have short attention span for everthing.
 
The biggest challenge is the inflation. Actually you can't even marry with a normal payment (minimum wage) on all the countries. Even on tier1 you need at least two jobs to make a good living

I should have included possible solutions in OP.

I will include one solution to start with :

Government should encourage centers where children, teenagers meet and play sports. These day outdoor sports has reduced for kids. In fact, even in private colonies there are no parks because builder wants to squeeze last left space.

Many of youngsters fear to failure but act like "I don't want"
 
Many reasons now days, young generations facing. Different people having different issues in this era. Following issues can be:
  1. Jobless
  2. Family Issues
  3. Money Issues
  4. Using Of Mobiles
  5. Love with someone
 
The biggest challange younger generation have is having difficulty focus on one thing at the time because of all the social media and instant gratification

time wasting and non yielding old age grand parents are biggest challenge
 
The biggest thing we're losing isn't money, it's time. Our attention spans are so cooked that we can't even watch a 3-minute TikTok without hitting 2x speed. We're always chasing the next dopamine hit while life keeps moving, whether we're paying attention or not.
