Apologies if the answers to these questions already exist, please point me in the right direction if they do.

What is the process of managing multiple accounts without getting banned like YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, PornHub ect? and let's say I want to sell an account how would I safely transfer to another person?

To transfer use always cookies and to manage multiple accounts
 
Use an anti detect browser that will let you transfer profiles to anyone and use quality proxies. Most of the job done.

One account, one profile, one proxy. Makes life a lot easier. If an account gets sold, passing the whole browser profile over is usually better than just sending the username and password. Some antidetect browsers like ours can do that directly.
 
About managing multiple accounts safely, there are a lot of factors you need to get right, your device setup, IP addresses, account info, browsing behavior, and more. There are already plenty of guides covering these topics, so I won't go into them again here. As for transferring or selling an account, one common approach is to log the account into an antidetect browser and simply transfer that profile to the buyer. Another option is to provide all the account information, including the account's cookies, so the buyer can log in using the cookies instead of the username and password. Many people believe that cookie-based login is safer and less likely to trigger security checks than a username/password login.
 
if using multiple accounts, try keeping content natural and follow platform rules closely. many bans happen because activity looks automated or unusual.
 
Each platforms has their own policies, so best bet is to just keep each account running as it would normally, not connecting them if you don’t have to, and build up a history of normal activity before doing anything big with them.
 
I won't go on about using an antidetect browser for managing multiple accounts. For selling an account, don't just hand over a password. Give your buyer the whole browser profile, cookies and all. Thay way they log in looking like the same person. Also the email if you have it. if no email, at least make sure the same proxy location you did.
 
If your preforming real device automation; you can just download a screen mirroring software like crownscreens and then just control all the devices from there. However if you want to use emulators and manage them that way; then use Geelark.
 
as a beginner, I think managing multiple accounts becomes much easier when you stay focused and organized

Basically, to manage multiple accounts successfully, you need to create a separate working environment for each one in simpler terms, a new IP plus a new browser profile with unique fingerprint parameters. This approach helps you get around platform restrictions on multiple accounts. Using a proxy together with an antidetect browser is the most common and easiest way to do this. If you're using an antidetect browser, you can even transfer the profile directly to a buyer, they just open the profile and it's ready to use right away.
 
Keep each account separate, follow platform rules and always use proper ownership transfer methods when available.
 
What gets accounts banned isn't how many you run, it's linkage and behavior, so the whole game is keeping each one genuinely separate. Every account wants its own browser profile and its own sticky residential or mobile IP that doesn't hop mid-session, with the timezone, locale and fingerprint all matching and never reused anywhere else. The registration footprint matters most, since a flagged signup IP can doom an account before it posts, so warm each one slowly like a real person and never run two from the same device or IP. Selling one's trickier.

Hand over the full working session plus the login and any 2FA or recovery, and have the buyer hold the same IP and geo, because a sudden new-country login is the fastest way to trip a lock. Move recovery and 2FA over gradually, not all at once. Honestly, Google and Meta are aggressive about ownership changes, so even a clean handover carries some residual risk.
