You're already proving there's demand if you're making consistent revenue with a relatively small VIP base. To scale, I'd focus less on finding new platforms and more on improving retention and conversion. Building a backup audience is also important so you're not dependent on one platform again. Losing a Telegram account is a reminder that having all your traffic in one place is risky. Diversifying your traffic sources and keeping your community engaged will probably have a bigger impact than simply trying to grow member count.

From what I've seen your bottleneck isn't the platform, it's that only 30 of 2000 are paying. That's a conversion problem, so before chasing more traffic I'd work on the funnel, better free-to-VIP hooks, teasers, and reasons to upgrade. Also don't rely on one channel again, Telegram bans happen constantly in this niche so having Discord plus a backup and a way to re-collect your audience matters. To actually hit 2k I'd focus on retention of the VIPs you have and raising conversion rate rather than just pouring in more members who never pay.
