Are there any quick ways to quit smoking? Are there any success stories?

Hmmmm, I think there isn’t a “quick fix” for quitting smoking, but proven methods like nicotine replacement therapy, counseling, and support programs greatly increase success rates. Many people have quit for good by combining medication with behavioral strategies, and there are countless success stories showing it’s possible.

Drop the smokes for a vape, then drop the nicotine gradually until you get down to zero. Now you are not addicted to nicotine and can drop the vape too. Depending on addiction it should not take more than 2 month.

Smoking its just a distraction from tension.. So use another distraction like ; start music, play badminton or take out the ice cube from refrigerator and hold in your hand until they melt..

Didn't start until I was 22 and was never a heavy smoker, but a recreational one.
It wasn't that difficult to stop, as long as one was truly dedicated to do that (to manipulate one's brain that it's unhealthy, costs money, brings nothing etc.).

The first three weeks or so may be difficult, as smoking is a ritual connected to a certain occassion (in a pub, with smoker friends etc.)
But once one is able to resist that, it becomes sort of automatic not to smoke.

I can't speak for heavy smokers though (something doing a pack a day or so) - that may be somewhat more difficult.

Anyway, I've never seen anyone succesfully quitting smoking using all those gimmicks or plasters, even the hardest smokers quit the hard way - going cold turkey and resisting cigarettes long enough until there's no need for it.

Yes—combining a quit date, counseling, and nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges) gives you the best chance of quitting successfully.

Yes, you can replace it by another addiction, once I started using crack, I stopped smoking

You can switch to listening to music when you're stressed.
Honestly there's no magic "quick fix" that actually works long-term — cold turkey alone has like a 3-5% success rate, but combining NRT (patches/gum) or prescription stuff like varenicline w/ real behavioral support (quitlines, apps like QuitNow) bumps yer odds way up, so don't beat yourself up if you've tried n failed before, most successful quitters needed multiple attempts before it stuck
Thank you all for your suggestions

This works for hentai addiction as well.
